At Bitsu Creation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Important: Since most of our products are customized or personalized, returns and refunds are generally not available.

Eligibility for Returns

Only items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging may be considered for return.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes:

Personalized photo gifts

Custom prints or collages

Any item made specifically according to customer instructions

Non-returnable items also include:

Perishable items (food, flowers, etc.)

Downloadable products or software

Health and personal care items

Gift cards and promotional items

Provide your order details and request a return authorization within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Note: We must receive your returned item within 7 days of authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong, damaged, or defective product.

Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Gifts

If a purchased item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon approval of the return.

If the gift was shipped to the giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
